Phoenix Comicon 2015 – Creating Pathways Panel

I got to be a guest panelist at Phoenix Comicon 2015 May 8-31 in their education track. My panel was on Creating Creative Career Pathways Between K-12 and College. We had a great turn out of educators from Arizona and I covered how I approach creating pathways using the 5 point system. I made some great contacts and new friends in the southwest! The con was also great, take a look at some of the photos from the panel and con below, and I look forward to coming back next year!

The arts are making a comeback in education! The arts have been added to STEM to make STEAM, and industries are looking for not only degrees, but creativity in their workforce. So the question is, how do we connect creativity, K-12, colleges, and industry careers? Join Adobe Education Leader Sean Glumace as he presents how community colleges in California have been building creative pathways for students in Career Technical Education (CTE), and how you can as well! One lucky attendee will receive a 1 year subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud (a $699 value).
